In their inbox

Your client's branded confirmation email carries the join link, in your name, with your contact card.

On their booking page

The manage link in every email shows a Join button, so the meeting is never lost in an inbox.

On your timeline

The confirmed block on your Momentum calendar carries a clickable Join link. One tap and you're in the room.

Cancel the booking from either side and the Zoom meeting is deleted from your account automatically. MARKETORA never reads meeting content, recordings, participants, or chat.

Adding the app

Connect Zoom in under a minute

  1. 1Open Booking settingsSign in to MARKETORA and go to Dashboard, then Momentum, then Booking.
  2. 2Connect ZoomIn the Video meetings panel, choose Connect Zoom.
  3. 3Approve on ZoomZoom asks you to sign in and approve three permissions: create meetings, delete meetings the app created, and read your profile so we can show which account is connected and use your timezone.
  4. 4Check your timezoneBack on the Booking page, the panel reads "Connected as" your Zoom email. Your timezone comes from your Zoom profile; adjust the dropdown if it doesn't match your clock.

Every MARKETORA user connects their own Zoom account. Meetings are always created on the account of the person who confirmed the booking.

Using it

Your day-to-day flow

  1. 1Make a meeting type a video callIn Booking, set a meeting type's location to Video call and leave the link field empty. A unique Zoom link is generated per booking; a pasted link is used as-is instead.
  2. 2Share your booking pageClient requests land in Momentum under Requests, waiting for your confirmation.
  3. 3ConfirmOne tap creates the Zoom meeting, emails your client the confirmation with the join link, and puts the block on your timeline.
  4. 4Appointments work the same waySchedule a video appointment on any contact's page with the location empty and a Zoom link fills in automatically, ready for the email invite and reminders.

Removing the app

Disconnect any time, from either side

From MARKETORA

Dashboard → Momentum → Booking → Video meetings → Disconnect Zoom. Access is revoked with Zoom and the stored connection is deleted immediately.

From Zoom

In the Zoom App Marketplace, open Manage → Added Apps, find MARKETORA, and choose Remove. Zoom notifies us and the stored connection is deleted on our side too.

After removal, video bookings keep working with manually pasted links. Meetings already on your Zoom account stay unless their booking is cancelled. Reconnect whenever you like.

Data and privacy

While connected we store your Zoom OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest), your Zoom user id and email, your timezone, and the join link and id of meetings the app creates. Nothing else. Disconnecting deletes the stored connection. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
