Your plan’s price, billing period, and any one-time setup fee are agreed with you and shown on your Billing page and at checkout. The full rules are in Subscriptions, billing, and refunds.

• Your plan, billed in advance

  Charged monthly (or yearly, if your plan says so) on the same calendar day you started, and renews automatically until you cancel in Billing → Manage subscription. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; partial periods are not refunded.

• One-time setup fee, if your plan has one

  Charged once, with your first payment or on its own invoice, and never on renewal. Non-refundable once work has begun.

• Price changes

  At least 30 days’ notice before your plan’s price changes; the new price starts at your next renewal after that notice.

• Card payments you accept: Marketora fee 0%

  When your clients pay your invoices by card, Marketora takes no fee today; Stripe’s processing fee applies and is deducted from each payment by Stripe. See Payments you accept.

The following applies to changes you request our team to make on your behalf:

• 2 free revisions

  Every build includes up to two rounds of revisions at no additional charge. A revision is an edit to existing work (copy, images, layout tweaks, swaps).

• $20 per additional revision

  Beyond the two free rounds, each further revision request is billed at $20.

• $100 per full rebuild

  A full rebuild, replacing the concept, structure, or starting over rather than editing existing work, is billed at $100. Free revisions do not apply to rebuilds.

We will confirm any billable revision or rebuild fee with you before charging it. Fees are charged to your payment method on file.

Our full Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, the service providers who process it, data retention and security, and your privacy rights (including California CCPA/CPRA and GDPR-style rights). In short: we collect what we need to run the Service, we share it only with the providers that operate it, and we never sell your personal information.
